Our Mission:
Saint Matthew School guides students' minds, hearts and souls to live as Jesus did. In the tradition of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, we encourage students to be people of faith, critical thinkers and lifelong learners.
Our Classroom:
Mrs. Sirois is in the PK-4 classroom daily from 7:30AM to 11:30AM. Mrs. Lacart is in the PK-4 classroom daily from 11:30AM to 3:00PM, with Wednesdays until 2:30PM. We make available many hands-on experiences throughout the morning and afternoon with our main focus being the children's interest in their learning. We make time to go to the playscape daily, weather permitting. Morning activities include literacy development and math readiness along with many hands on activities to support the students' learning. Afternoon activities include literacy development, music & movement, story time & creative expression, science & social studies, and math enrichment. We like to keep our options open as our days can be unpredictable at times. Through whatever comes our way on any given day, our classroom is always warm, welcoming and blessed with a community of learners. Therefore, let us invite you to sit back and share in your child's educational journey. The road begins here. Enjoy the ride!
